Mr. Miller manages Simeone & Miller's litigation division.
Mr. Miller has appeared on the nationally broadcasted The Sam Donaldson Radio Show - Live in America as well as on the nationally syndicated The BQ View. His cases have been the subject of stories in The Washington Post and the local news. He has also been invited to appear on The Dr. Phil Show and The John Walsh Show. He has served as lead trial counsel on a variety of sophisticated and controversial matters, including many cases rejected by other personal injury firms.
