Craig D. Miller

Attorney Craig D. Miller, the co-founder of Simeone & Miller, LLP, has dedicated his life to helping those who have been wrongly injured. While he possesses knowledge in all areas of personal injury, Attorney Miller focuses his practice on complex catastrophic injury cases such as medical malpractice, class actions, nursing home abuse, auto accidents, premises liability, and product liability. As a result, he has litigated cases involving severe injuries and harm like wrongful death, paralysis, traumatic brain injuries, misdiagnoses of cancer, birth injuries, amputation, vertebral fracture, and more. On behalf of his clients, Attorney Miller has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts in over 30 counties in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Attorney Miller has been fortunate to receive many honors throughout his career. Previous Work Experience

Prior to starting Simeone & Miller, LLP with his partner, Attorney Miller served at Cohen & Cohen, P.C., where he was a Senior Associate. There, he trained junior attorneys in discovery tactics, negotiation strategies, and trial skills. Attorney Miller’s excellence resulted in him being selected as their Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000. His time at this firm inspired him to found his own in a quest to assist victims in need of aggressive representation.

Education

Before committing his life to practicing law, Attorney Miller attended the Indiana University of Bloomington, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Political Science (with honors). Following his undergraduate coursework, he attended the George Washington University School of Law, where he was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1997. During this time, he served as a member of the Trial Court Board and the Student Bar Association.
