Michael J. Johnson, Associate Attorney

Michael Johnson is a Simeone & Miller Associate practicing in the areas of Personal Injury, including automobile accidents, product liability, premises liability and medical malpractice.

Prior to joining Simeone & Miller, Mr. Johnson worked as a law clerk for the Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration. Mr. Johnson also worked as a law clerk for the Department of Commerce, Employment and Labor Division.

Mr. Johnson graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2004, with an emphasis in litigation and trial advocacy. While in law school, Mr. Johnson was a student attorney with Columbus Community Legal Services. During his tenure, Mr. Johnson successfully represented a client in a bench trial resulting in a substantial monetary award. Mr. Johnson is a native of Torrance, California. He graduated from The American University in Washington, D.C. where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2001.

Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
