He is a member of the District of Columbia and Maryland Trial Lawyers Associations and is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In addition, he is admitted to the United States District Courts for the District of Columbia and the Eastern District of Virginia, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Mr. Miller has litigated cases involving death, paralysis, traumatic brain injury, birth injuries, cancer, amputation, vertebral fracture, disc herniation, and other serious personal injuries in approximately 30 counties throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. In the process, he has obtained tens of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients.
Prior to co-founding Simeone & Miller, Mr. Miller was the Senior Associate at Cohen & Cohen, P.C., where he was honored as Cohen & Cohen's Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2000. While there, Mr. Miller oversaw the firm's litigation training program for instructing junior attorneys in trial skills, discovery tactics, and negotiation strategies. He also at one time managed the firm's Pre-litigation Department.
Mr. Miller is a 1997 graduate of The George Washington University School of Law. During law school, Mr. Miller wrote for The Advocate, the student newspaper.
