A client in Fredericksburg, Virginia stopped at a gas station in order to use a pay-phone. As Plaintiff returned to his vehicle from the pay-phone he slipped and fell on a patch of ice located on the sidewalk area of the gas station property, resulting in disk injuries and a torn rotator cup. We filed suit on his behalf against the owner of the gas station due to their failure to remove or treat the ice on a timely basis.
