A client in Glen Burnie, Maryland was a patron at a buffet-style restaurant. As she was walking from her table to the bathroom, she slipped on spaghetti spilled on the floor and fractured her knee. The restaurant claimed that the spaghetti had been spit up by a young child and it was not aware that it was on the floor until after our client fell.
