A client in Washington, DC worked for a Federal agency and was severely injured at work when a window slammed down on her fingers. The building owner and management company for the building both denied responsibility, claiming that they had no knowledge of any problem with the window. We filed suit against both companies and retained an expert who inspected the window and issued a report stating that both companies failed to safely and properly install and maintain the window unit.
