Scot Pollins

Scot Pollins is an Associate Attorney at Simeone & Miller, LLP, where he handles a variety of personal injury matters. He has substantial litigation experience, including drafting motions, complaints, memoranda, and discovery documents. A zealous advocate for his clients, Scot is passionate about providing exceptional legal representation to those who may be unable to afford the same under traditional fee structures.

Prior to joining Simeone & Miller, Scot worked as a law clerk at The Cochran Firm, where he focused on civil rights, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, and premises liability cases resulting in severe injury or death. During that span, Scot’s written advocacy was instrumental in defending multiple dispositive motions and otherwise promoting the successful resolution of clients’ cases.

Scot was born and raised in the D.C. metro area, where he remained to attend The George Washington University Law School on a partial merit scholarship. Prior to attending law school, Scot graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
