Our attorney team at Simeone & Miller, LLP is pleased to announce that Nikki Viavant has been chosen for the “Good Lawyers/Good People” scholarship for spring 2022. This Class of 2024 scholar is currently working toward her law degree at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
The “Good Lawyers/Good People” scholarship is awarded on a semesterly basis to an outstanding undergraduate or graduate student, who must have demonstrated both academic excellence and a great passion for helping others. The competition is tough—each semester, only one scholar is chosen to receive the $1,000 award.
At Simeone & Miller, LLP, we know just how much a higher education can change one’s life. We are not, however, unaware of the barriers that many students face on their way to getting such an education. That’s why we established our firm’s scholarship program—to lend a helping hand to exceptional students who aspire to enter the legal profession.
