Trevor Zwycewicz

Trevor Zwycewicz works as a paralegal at Simeone & Miller, LLP. He assists the attorneys in matters related to pre-litigation and settlement negotiation for a variety of personal injury cases, including automobile accidents and premises liability. From the initial intake through to settlement, Trevor strives to give our clients a positive experience. Trevor assists with setting up claims, corresponding with insurance companies, and obtaining medical documents to build the foundation of a case. Additionally, he maintains close contact with his clients to ensure that they are engaged with their cases and to answer any questions that they have.

Trevor graduated from the University of Michigan in 2021 with a B.A. in Political Science, and a focus in Law, Justice, and Social Change. While an undergraduate, Trevor became involved in the healthcare space through his entrepreneurial work with Varsity Care, LLC, a college student advocacy company designed to navigate the complexities of healthcare for young adults suffering from physical or mental injuries. Before beginning at Simeone & Miller, Trevor worked as an Immigration Paralegal in Ann Arbor where he guided migrant workers who obtained advanced degrees in the United States to prepare their I-485 adjustment of status application to become legal permanent residents.

Since moving to Washington, D.C. Trevor looks to continue his dedication to equitable healthcare outcomes, and eventually attend law school in the area. In his spare time, he enjoys playing volleyball and exploring local parks with his dog.
