Virginia Lazariciu

Virginia Lazariciu is a paralegal at Simeone and Miller, LLP. She assists attorneys with pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement negotiation issues for personal injury cases. She maintains contact with clients throughout the entirety of their case to answer any questions or quickly address any concerns clients may have. Her experience includes corresponding with insurance companies and ordering medical bills and records, as well as working with the attorneys on document production, preparing discovery, filing complaints, and drafting other legal documents.

Virginia graduated from The George Washington University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She took a Health Care Policy seminar course her senior year, in which she found a passion for learning about the laws and regulations in the medical field. While an undergraduate, Virginia belonged to the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity chapter at GW. She also maintained a semester-long internship with Congressman Mike Quigley of Illinois in his Washington, D.C. office where she performed administrative tasks, assisted Congressional staffers, and stayed current with legislative issues. Virginia hopes to attend law school in the future and continue to explore her interest in health law, including public health and medical malpractice.
