Wes serves as a paralegal on the pre-litigation team. In this capacity, Wes works closely with attorneys and the rest of our team to set our clients up for success. From the very first meeting all the way through to settlement, Wes strives to put our clients first. With a background in dialogue facilitation, social work, and research and writing, Wes brings the perfect balance of empathy, efficiency, and resolve to work for you.
Wes graduated summa cum laude from Saint Anselm College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. During his undergraduate career, Wes was a Kevin B. Harrington Student Ambassador at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics, a role that saw him build relationships with politicians, activists, and others within the realms of politics and public policy. Wes also was a founding facilitator in a student dialogue facilitation group that emerged after the 2016 presidential election to bring students and community members together in discussion. Wes also briefly lived and studied in Ecuador, publishing original ethnographic research about the ChoteƱo Afro-Ecuadorian ancestral territory.
After graduating, Wes became a Jesuit Volunteer in Tacna, Peru, where he taught English at the elementary school level. Forced to return home due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Wes moved to Washington, D.C. and became a social worker with The Salvation Army. He also got involved with several community organizing groups and grassroots politics initiatives. Wes is also a published journalist and author on topics such as political theory, cultural criticism, and current events. In his free time, Wes enjoys playing soccer, reading, traveling, and cooking.
