Craig's firm wasn’t my first firm, it wasn’t even my second firm. Craig’s firm was my third firm, I went to one of those commercial 1-800 firms first and was shoveled off to a firm that was located on the other side of Virginia, then I was referred by a friend to a local firm who just was not equipped to handle my case properly.
