Many of our clients hesitate to come forward because they aren’t certain whether something actually went wrong with their medical care. In this video, we explain why reaching out is a win either way: you’ll either learn that you have a valid medical malpractice claim and can decide whether you want to pursue it, or you’ll find out that your doctor didn’t do anything wrong, giving you peace of mind and restoring your trust in their care. Often clients will come to me and they won't be sure whether or not they have a medical malpractice case, and they're reluctant to come forward. And I tell them that the best decision that they made was actually to come to us to determine whether or not they had a medical malpractice case.
The reason is that one of two things is going to happen: you're either going to learn that you have a medical malpractice case, in which case you can make a decision as to whether you want to sue, or you don't want to sue.
Or—you find out that the doctor, who now you feel like you can't trust because you think they might have done something wrong, actually didn't do anything wrong in your case. So it's a win for the potential client either way.
If you think for any reason that there was medical malpractice that was committed against you, you should come to us. Let us evaluate the records and we'll let you know whether or not we think that there's something here, or if it turns out that there's not something here and the doctor actually did a good job, we'll let you know that too as well.
