The American Institute of Legal Professionals is an invitation-only organization composed of trial attorneys from across the country who demonstrate exceptional qualifications, professionalism, and dedication to the ethical practice of law. Attorneys selected for membership must meet rigorous standards as civil trial lawyers and undergo a comprehensive multi-phase selection process that includes peer nominations and independent third-party research.

AILP membership is extended to only a limited number of attorneys in each state or region, and all members must remain in good standing with their local regulatory authorities. This recognition reflects Mr. Simeone’s continued commitment to high standards of legal advocacy and client representation.
