Logan W. Stuart is an associate attorney at Simeone & Miller, LLP, where he represents people who have been injured throughout the Washington, DC area.
Before joining Simeone & Miller, Logan served with distinction as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anne K. Albright on the Appellate Court of Maryland. During his time as a judicial law clerk, Logan worked closely with Judge Albright and other appellate court judges and gained invaluable experience writing judicial opinions and engaging in legal research. As a judicial clerk, Logan worked on legal disputes in a wide variety of subject matters. Logan also has prior experience in personal injury and criminal defense matters in both state and federal courts.
Logan attended The University of Kansas and received Bachelor of Arts degrees in East Asian Languages and Cultures, Economics, and History. He then received a full-ride scholarship to The University of Iowa College of Law. During his time in law school, Logan excelled as an advocate and was recognized for his arguments as a student practitioner before the Chief Judge of the Federal District Court for the District of Northern Iowa as well as for his achievements on the competitive trial advocacy team where he was a two-time regional finalist and a national competitor. Logan also competed in appellate advocacy both nationally and internationally. Additionally, he wrote and edited for The Journal of Corporation Law. Logan graduated law school with high distinction in the top 10% of his class and was admitted to the Order of the Coif.
Outside the office, Logan is an avid soccer fan and amateur player. He follows other sports as well, and roots primarily for Kansas City sports teams (also for those in Washington D.C.). Logan also enjoys biking, gardening, camping, and most outdoor pursuits.
