Craig and his team jumped in and took control

Craig’s firm wasn’t my first firm, it wasn’t even my second firm. Craig’s firm was my third firm, I went to one of those commercial 1-800 firms first and was shoveled off to a firm that was located on the other side of Virginia, then I was referred by a friend to a local firm who just was not equipped to handle my case properly. Craig and his team jumped in and took control, and I immediately knew I had finally found the Firm that would take care of me. I have worked in litigation for over 30 years, well indoctrinated in the legal system, but I have no experience or background in personal injury and Craig’s experience and zeal really shined throughout the process. They listened, empathized, and were extremely knowledgeable and efficient.
