After you're involved in an accident, it's very common for people to miss time from work and to suffer a loss of income.

At Simeone & Miller, if we represent you, we include that loss of income in your case so you will receive your compensation. That will include not only your medical bills and your pain and suffering, but also the time you miss from work.

What we need you to do is document your time, and we work with you. We have a form to use and fill out.

We then calculate what your wage is, we include it in your case, and hopefully we'll get it through settlement negotiation.

But if we need to go to court, we will. And either way, we're going to get a check and compensation that includes all your damages, including your lost wages.
