A question that I often get is, "How do we go about proving a medical malpractice case?"
Well, it starts with the medical records.
When you come to us, we'll obtain the medical records from whoever it is that we believe committed the malpractice.
We'll then review those medical records, and based on our expertise, we'll determine which experts we believe need to evaluate those records to see whether or not there is negligence in the case.
We'll then take those medical records and send them to a medical expert.
The medical expert will evaluate the medical records in order to determine if, in fact, the doctor, the nurse, or the hospital was negligent in this particular case.
If they determine that the doctor, nurse, or hospital was negligent, and that negligence was a cause of injury, then we have the things that are necessary in order to prove a medical malpractice case.
