It's extremely important that you hire a firm that litigates.

Insurance companies know which firms litigate and which firms don't.

Many of the attorneys that you might see with big ads on TV are actually just trying to get cases and settle them. If they can't settle them, they will refer them to some attorney who doesn't have a whole lot of experience with the idea that they will go and litigate the case.

That's not how it works at Simeone & Miller.

We make sure that we take your case from the beginning to the end.

We're a firm of lawyers as opposed to a firm of settlers.

That doesn't mean that we won't settle a case if settlement is the proper thing.

But you need to make sure that you have an attorney that is willing to and able to go to court if it's necessary.

The insurance companies and the defense attorneys know the attorneys that are willing to and are able to go to court, and they take that into consideration in their settlements.
