Simeone & Miller, LLP is proud to announce that Perri Weinstein has been awarded the Fall 2020 “Good Lawyers/Good People” scholarship. A New Jersey resident, Perri set off for New Orleans, Louisiana in the fall of 2019 to attend Tulane University School of Law to hone her legal advocacy skills.
Perri was chosen as the recipient of the Fall 2020 scholarship because of her passion for helping others overcome difficult times through the practice of law, as well as her dexterity in adapting to new situations and practicing compassion for others. From her application, it was clear that her commitment to the legal profession was a personal one. Our firm was deeply moved by her essay, and we are more than happy to be able to help her pursue a meaningful legal career by awarding her the “Good Lawyers/Good People” scholarship.
The scholarship is awarded twice a year in amounts of $1,000 to eligible undergraduate or law school students for either the fall or spring semester. At our firm, we know how much higher education can change your life and the lives of those around you. As such, we are pleased to help open the same doors that we passed through when we were starting out to others.
